SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS
Venture into the beautiful countryside and quaint country towns of the Southern Highlands. Situated to the south of Sydney, any trip here takes in great food, wine and coffee. Visit a dairy farm or sip locally produced wine from one of the local cellar doors. Sample locally produced food in exquisite surroundings. Wander through some of the unique towns in the area, discovering many charming boutiques and cafes.
NATIONAL PARKS &
GORGEOUS COUNTRYSIDE
After pick up from your Sydney accommodation in a luxury vehicle, we make our way to The Royal National Park. As we drive through the area, we take in sweeping views across the ocean and then arrive at the fabulous Stanwell Tops to enjoy an equally beautiful view down the coast. As we make our way into the Southern Highlands, we will walk to some incredible waterfalls and cast our eyes across the gorgeous rolling hills. We can also visit a local farm to try some local produce.

FOOD & WINE
The Southern Highlands is known for its cool climate wines such as Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and tradtional method sparkling wine. After sampling some exquisite wines at one of the local vineyards, it's time for lunch - either at the winery or at a nearby cosy pub for a famous local pie.
CHARMING VILLAGES
We will spend the final part of our day in one of the area's beautiful hamlet. This will be your last chance to browse some old-world boutiques, explore one of the local museums or simply enjoy a cup of coffee before we return to Sydney.
